Npk Powder Pellet Chemical Fertilizer Granulator Double Roller Press Machine

The working principle of this series of roller squeezing granulators is that the belt pulley is driven by an electric motor, and the transmission belt is transmitted to a pair of high-pressure roller bodies with sliding shell through a reducer for relative work. The two rollers of the DZJ-I extruder interact with each other through a set of opposing gears, while the two rollers of the DZJ-II extruder are directly driven by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer to achieve the purpose of extrusion molding. During production, the raw materials are fed into the hopper, and are relatively extruded by the high-pressure roller body. After demolding, they flow to the crushing and forming workshop at the bottom of the roller body. The power of crushing and forming is transmitted by the sprocket of the active pressing roller shaft through a chain to a pair of crushing rollers for relative motion. After crushing and screening in the working room, the finished particles flow out of the machine through the screening mesh to the discharge chute.
