The organic fertilizer pelletizing equipment is designed and manufactured using the wet continuous push rod pelletizing process. This machine not only enables the pelletization of various organic materials but also excels in pelletizing coarse fiber materials that are difficult to pelletize using conventional equipment, such as crop straws, distillers' grains, mushroom residue, medicinal residue, and animal manure, after fermentation. Moreover, it achieves excellent pelletizing results for raw materials such as humic acid and urban sludge.
The main technical parameters are shown in the table below:
Model | Capacity (t/h) | Granule Size(mm) | Powder(kw) | Dimension(L*W*H) |
YSL40 | 1-1.5 | 1-5 | 30 | 3650×1260×1200 |
YSL60 | 1.5-2.5 | 1-6 | 37 | 4180×1760×1080 |
YSL80 | 2-3 | 1-7 | 55 | 5050×1500×1360 |
YSL100 | 4-6 | 2-8 | 75 | 6470×1450×1560 |
YSL120 | 5-7 | 2-8 | 90 | 5410×1500×1610 |
YSL150 | 8-10 | 2-8 | 100 | 6840×2120×2200 |
The organic fertilizer pelletizer utilizes the high-speed rotary motion and frictional force generated by mechanical stirring to continuously mix, pelletize, sphericalize, and strengthen powdered materials inside the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of material pelletization. It is mainly used for pelletizing various organic materials after fermentation and breaks through the conventional organic material pelletizing process. Additionally, it does not require drying of the raw materials, as the raw material moisture content can be around 10%-30% for pelletization. The diameter of the finished pellets is generally between 0.3-8 millimeters, with a pelletization rate exceeding 85%. These pellets have a high organic matter content, and the size of the pellet diameter can be adjusted appropriately by varying the material mixing ratio and spindle speed. Typically, lower mixing ratios and higher speeds result in smaller pellets, and vice versa.
