Organic fertilizers are usually made from organic waste. By composting, these organic wastes can be converted into organic fertilizers, which can reduce costs and reduce the pollution of organic wastes to the environment. Take animal manure, for example, which cannot be used directly. For one thing, manure ferments on its own and generates heat, which can be harmful to the roots of plants and crops. On the other hand, due to its unpleasant smell, direct application may cause air pollution. After composting, the organic waste is converted into organic fertilizer, which is then produced into granular organic fertilizer by an organic fertilizer granulator.

The organic fertilizer granulator uses an internal rotating shaft and steam to granulate powdered organic waste. Compared with the disc granulator, the organic fertilizer granulator uses a closed granulation process, so it does not produce dust. We designed the baffle that can be opened to facilitate the observation of the granulation process, and the machine can be adjusted in time to cope with abnormal conditions. When the machine is idle, you can easily clean or maintain its internal components, thus extending the service life of the machine. Under normal circumstances, the specifications of the organic fertilizer granulator are larger than that of the disk granulator, which is suitable for medium and large organic fertilizer production plants.
