The new organic fertilizer granulator is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes. It is one of the key equipment in the organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer industry. It is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers. The main working mode is wet granulation. Through a certain amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the cylinder. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the help of the rotating motion of the cylinder, the material particles are squeezed and agglomerated into balls.
The new organic fertilizer granulator uses the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the friction generated thereby to continuously mix, granulate, spheroidize and strengthen the powdered materials inside the machine to achieve the purpose of material granulation. It is mainly used to granulate various organic materials after fermentation. It breaks through the conventional organic material granulation process. At the same time, it does not need to dry the raw materials. The raw materials can be granulated at a moisture content of about 30%-40%. The diameter of the finished particles is generally between 0.3-5 mm, the granulation rate is >85%, and the organic matter content is high. At the same time, the particle diameter can be properly adjusted by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed and the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
The machine consists of a body part, a granulating rotor part and a transmission part. The working principle is that the material enters the machine from the feed port at one end of the body, is continuously pushed by the granulating rotor and mechanically moves with the casing to achieve the purpose of granulation, and the finished particles are pushed out of the machine at the other end of the body. The rotor is driven by the motor (reducer) of the transmission device part. The transmission part and the body part are mostly fixed on the same frame, which is not only reasonable in structure and stable in operation, but also easy to install. It is a new era of fertilizer production equipment.
