Ring die extrusion granulator is a kind of equipment that provides technical transformation for the upgrading of granulation equipment of domestic manufacturers producing organic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc.Compared with the flat die pelletizer, the ring die pelletizer has a larger production capacity, the pellets are easy to store, the pelletization rate is high, up to 95%, and it is applicable to a wide range of raw materials.
The ring die pelletizer is a continuous pressing process to make powdered materials into pellet feed, based on the existence of gaps between powdered particles. Powdered materials are discontinuous loose bodies composed of dispersed particles with a certain fluidity. Under the action of the extrusion force, the particles approach each other and rearrange, and the gas contained between the particles continuously escapes, thereby reducing the gaps between the particles, increasing the coupling force, and finally being compressed into pellet feed with a certain density and strength.
