The flat die granulator production line is mainly used for (biological) organic fertilizer and granule processing in the aquaculture processing industry. The raw materials do not need to be dried and crushed before granulation, and the cylindrical granules can be directly processed in batches, saving a lot of energy. The granular materials processed by this machine have a smooth and clean surface, moderate hardness, low temperature rise during processing, and good maintenance of various nutrients inside the raw materials; according to the particle size, it can be divided into: Φ2, Φ2.5, Φ3.5, Φ4, Φ5, Φ6, Φ7, Φ8, etc. Users can choose according to production needs when ordering.
Features:
1. The pressure wheel is used, and the linear speed of the two ends is consistent with the inner and outer rings of the die plate, so there is no misalignment friction between the wheel and the die, which reduces resistance, reduces kinetic energy loss, extends the service life of the mold, and reduces production costs.
2. The pressure wheels are evenly distributed, the operation is stable, and the pressing area is increased, which improves production efficiency.
3. The organic fertilizer content is high, and pure organic granulation is achieved.
4. Taking advantage of the characteristics that organic particles can be embedded and grown together under the action, no binder is needed during granulation.
5. The particles are firm and can be screened after granulation, reducing drying energy consumption.
Flat die granulating machine
Flat die granulator is mainly used for granulation in (biological) organic fertilizer and aquaculture processing industries. The granular materials processed by this machine have smooth surface and moderate hardness. The temperature rise is low during the processing and the nutrients inside the raw materials can be well maintained. The granules have uniform composition and neat shape. Due to the low moisture content of the granules, they are easy to store and can remain in their original shape for a long time in water, which improves the utilization rate of the materials.
